Loved our stay here. Wonderful little flat with everything you need. Beautiful views over Sennen, with plenty of windows for loads of natural light on the sunny days. Peter and his wife were great hosts, greeting us when we arrived, showing us round the property. They made it very clear that if there was anything we needed, they were right there, which was greatly appreciated. They even gave us a little souvenir on our last day to remember the trip. (You’ll have to stay there yourself if you want to know what it was 😉)

We had the most wonderful stay at Huers Rock. Peter and Val were amazing hosts. They were so friendly and welcoming, probably the best hosts we have ever experienced. The apartment is perfect with lots of space for 4 people if needed, but the space for the two of us was just what we needed. The views over Sennen Cove can only be described as stunning and the location is just generally so peaceful. We chose to stay at Huers Rock as we got engaged on Sennen Cove beach 2 years ago. We got married on 21/09/24 and wanted to return to Sennen Cove to close the chapter. Huers Rock Apartment allowed us to look over the beach we got engaged every morning with a coffee, which was just wonderful. Val and Peter met us on arrival to check us in and also gave us a beautiful wedding card and a bottle of Prosecco, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gift. It was so lovely to meet them both and get the opportunity to see some of Peters wonderful photography. A perfect wedding week, thank you.

The stay was amazing.. I would rate higher than 5 stars thats how much we loved the place, the home and also Peter and Val. The home is set in a lovely location, a good walk to Land's End with the most breathtaking view along the cove. Plenty of views from the window... we spent lazy days looking out at the ocean. We were able to walk down to the beach and it was very peaceful getaway. We spent a lot of time equally at home because the home was super cosy, kitchen was very bright and inviting, well stocked and so cooked a number of meals and enjoyed movie nights in. Their garden is beautiful and the cows are there just across the hedge.. loved seeing them cows! Peter and Val were very accomodating and helpful, kind to the children, gave us some useful information. Thanks to them having made our stay one of the most memorable and homely stays. In terms of cleanliness, 7 stars... the home was very clean, crisp clean linens, bathroom was clean, loved the soaks in the tub after beach days.

We found the accommodation to meet all our needs, was clean, tidy and quiet. The views were lovely and convenient for the beach and coastal walk. Peter and Val provided clear instructions on directions and were on hand to greet us, and make us feel welcome. Only sorry a week was not long enough.

Impeccable apartment with everything you may need or that you can even imagine. Great wifi and super friendly hosts. We had never sat at the table looking at a flowery garden on one side and beyond the grazing cows and on the other the ocean with huge cliffs and beach.

A dream! 

This was the nicest Airbnb apartment we have been to so far! Beautiful and very stylish. Everything very clean and well maintained. The apartment is superbly equipped. Fantastic views from all windows!! 

Optimal location for hiking directly on site, but also close to many other beautiful sights. To the beautiful beach it is only a few meters down. There is also a cafe and restaurants here. 

Peter and Val were always available and we got great recommendations. 

Thank you so much for letting us spend our holiday in your beautiful apartment! Thanks for the great hospitality! We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.

The apartment was brilliant, clean and equipped with everything you might possibly need. Fantastic! The bed is very comfy and even had a heated blanket for cold nights. It is a relaxing, quiet place with amazing views from plenty of window seats and the windows were especially cleaned during our stay to give us unspoilt views as there was a bit of sea spray due to blustery weather. Absolutely super location, beautiful walks from the house but equally a good area to explore and go by coastal bus or in own car. There are maps, books, guides and Peter himself to give you ideas and inspirations of what to do.

Huers Rock was one of the most beautiful stays I've ever experienced. The views and amazing hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. This was our first time visiting Cornwall and it was a perfect base to explore the South West coast. We hope to return in the future.

Thank you Val and Pete for an amazing stay, you have been so friendly and kind. You have put real thought into guest needs during their stay. The space in this flat is huge, its peaceful, tranquil and easy going. It was very clean and well stocked. It was warm (in many ways) with great views too. We enjoyed lovely walks and a great local pub (book early for food). We will definitely be back to this place and enjoy the things we missed this time round. Val and Pete, thank you for sharing your local knowledge and for being present but intrusive as well.

We were familiar with Sennen Cove and the Land's End area having been many times since the 1970s.Finding Peter and Val's top floor apartment was really great. The views over the Cove and Whitesands Bay were magnificent.The walk down the lane to the Cove was easy - coming back was a bit harder, but we managed it and felt better each time we did it.Peter and Val were very accommodating, but left us to our own devices unless needed.We are probably looking to go back in the future.

Absolutely Lovely Getaway with Stunning Views! 

The beauty of this place is hard to put into words, and the photos you see online don't quite capture its true charm and the amazing views!The flat was impeccably clean and spacious. It had a warm and tasteful decor that instantly made us feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the lounge area with its comfortable sofas was perfect for relaxation.The location suited our needs perfectly. We did a fair amount of walking and enjoyed some surfing during our stay, and this place served as an ideal base. However, if you plan to explore farther afield, having a car would be convenient. The local pub, just a short walk away, was a pleasant spot for unwinding, and the rest of Sennen and the beach were easily accessible. 

Our hosts, Peter and Val, were friendly and incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend and would love to visit again!

A truly special place overlooking the ever changing Sennen Cove. We’ve never felt so at home in an air bnb, it was so well stocked and the hosts have a lot of experience in making this a very comfortable place to stay. We loved being able to walk straight from the front door to the beach and to lands end, the sunsets were brilliant too! Thanks so much to Peter & Val for a perfect stay.

We had such a great stay at Heurs Rock. Peter and Val were exceptional hosts who gave us such a warm welcome..They really do make the experience of staying at this accommodation special.The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we fell in love with the widow seats and the view. The flat was especially well equipped and spotlessly clean and tidy. We used the sofa bed and again this was very comfortable.The flat is really light which gives it a lovely spacious feel. It is a great area to explore too 😀We so enjoyed our stay and would definitely repeat.
